Roger users have multiple ways to contact support.
Within the application, navigate to settings to either directly message or call the help desk.
- Click on the three dots in the bottom right of the app screen.
- Click on support.
From the web page:
- Click on the arrow next to your name in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Click on Contact Us.
Additionally, you can post your question in the relevant Q&A Topic to receive answers from the community. If your issue needs troubleshooting, a member of the support team will create a ticket from your post.
