How to Contact Support

Roger users have multiple ways to contact support.

Within the application, navigate to settings to either directly message or call the help desk.

  1. Click on the three dots in the bottom right of the app screen.
  2. Click on support.

From the web page:

  1. Click on the arrow next to your name in the upper right corner of the screen.
  2. Click on Contact Us.

Additionally, you can post your question in the relevant Q&A Topic to receive answers from the community. If your issue needs troubleshooting, a member of the support team will create a ticket from your post.
