How to e-Sign Hauling Contracts

  • How to e-Sign Documents.

As a Carrier user, I want to e-Sign my hauling contract within onRamp.

This guide will walk you through e-Signing documents within onRamp.


  1. If you are in the Loads section of Roger, click on the nine dots in the upper right corner of the screen mceclip0.png and select onRamp.  mceclip1.png
  2. If you have already completed your Carrier Profile, you will see a task(s) to sign your hauling contract(s) via your onRamp Dashboard. Click on the hauling contract you would like to sign and skip to Step 8 in this guide.                   
  3. If you haven't completed your Carrier Profile, you will need to go to your profile by clicking on your user icon in the top right of the screen, followed by Settings.
    • Fill out any field with a red asterisk. *
  4. Once your Carrier Profile is complete, you will see a yellow icon next to Hauling Contract in the Shipper's connection card.
  5. Click on View Details.
  6. If your Shipper requires an e-signature, you will see a link to the hauling contract. If there is no link, you can upload a copy of your hauling contract. mceclip1.png
  7. Click on Signature Required. A PDF document will open.
  8. Click Start in the upper right corner. You will need to fill out a few fields such as your name and the date before clicking in the signature box to sign.                                                
  9. Click on Finish once you have signed.
  10. You will then be able to download the document for your records. There will also be a green check mark next to Hauling Contract indicating the task is complete.  You can then click on the paper and pencil icon at any time to review the document.
