Overview

As a Shipper, I want to accept/decline connection requests from Carriers and to check on my connections in progress and active connections.
This guide will walk through how to view and accept/decline connection requests.
Connections
Compliance Admin are the only users who can approve or decline connection requests from Carriers. You will need to contact the Compliance Admin within your Shipper organization for more information.
- If you are in the Loads section of Roger, click on the nine dots in the upper right corner of the screen
and select onRamp 
. - Within your onRamp dashboard, you will see Active Connections.
- You can click on View Details to pull up more information about the connection.
- If you are in the Loads section of Roger, click on the nine dots in the upper right corner of the screen and select onRamp .
- Within your onRamp dashboard, you will see Connections in Progress.
- The Carrier card will display what items are still pending for the connection; however, you can also click View Details to pull up more information about the connection.
