Overview
How to troubleshoot issues related to logging in.
As a Roger User, I am having issues logging in and would like help with troubleshooting.
This guide will walk you through common issues with logging into Roger.
Note
When you created your account, you signed up with your phone number or your email address.
- If you don't remember if you used your email or phone number to sign up, you can check your email and text messages for the initial invite.
- Or you can first try your phone number. If you receive an error, then please try your email address.
- If you signed up with your phone number, you would receive an automated text with a code to log in.
- If you signed up with your email address, you would need to log in with your password or request a password reset.

Shippers can log in here.
Carriers can log in via their computer or via the Roger app. Please see the Download Roger Application article for help downloading the application.
Drivers (Full and Limited) must log in using the Roger application on their smartphone or tablet. Please see the Download Roger Application article for help downloading the application.
When attempting to log in, you should see the following screenshot:
- Enter your email and press Submit.
- On the next screen, you will see the option to enter your password or to request a password reset.
When attempting to log in, you should see the following screenshot:
- Enter your phone number and press Submit.
- You will then receive a text with a four-digit code from the number +1 888-994-5172.
- On the next screen, enter the four-digit code.
- If you do not receive the four-digit code, you may be in an area with bad cellular service, or you may need to opt in.
- To opt into texts, message START to +1 888-994-5172.
