- Sometimes, due to bad network connectivity or low bandwidth the images fail to synchronize with load data and shippers are not able to see them on Roger Command center at their end.
Image Synch - Troubleshoot
- Make sure you are in a good network area.
- Capture the images on your device.
- Look for green cloud image on your tickets thumbnails.
- Do not submit loads unless you see green cloud image.
