As a Shipper, I have made an error in the data entry of one of the fields of a load. I have already dispatched the load to a Carrier. Am I able to edit the load once it has already been dispatched?
Editing loads that have been dispatched/in open status
Currently, Shippers are unable to edit loads that are in dispatched/open status. The load can only be edited once the carrier submits the load back to the Shipper.
