 Drivers (Limited/Full) and Carriers

Apps: iOS, Android

App Version: 3.8

Overview

As a Driver, I would like to receive Notifications from my Carrier for certain situations (e.g., my carrier changes the destination of the load).
As a Carrier, I would like to receive Notifications from my Drivers and/or Shippers regarding assigned loads.

This article will show you how to turn on and off notifications within the Roger application.

Driver (Limited/Full) Carrier
  1. Tap on the More icon (three dots above).
  2. Tap on the Settings icon and then on Notification Settings.

  4. By default, All Notifications is selected.mceclip3.png
  • All Notifications: Driver will receive all relevant notifications.
  • New Chat Messages: Chat Message from carrier regarding assigned shipments.
  • Driver Assignment: Driver is notified if they have been assigned to a load.
  • Load Returned by Shipper: Driver is notified if an assigned load has been returned.
  • Load Deletion: Driver is notified if an assigned load has been deleted.
  • Load Date: Driver is notified if an assigned load's Load date has been changed.
  • Load Origin: Driver is notified if an assigned load's Origin location has changed.
  • Load Destination: Driver is notified if an assigned load's Destination location has changed.

 Note

  • Notifications work within the same carrier entity/group. If a Driver changes load information and the Carrier has Notifications turned on, the Carrier is notified and vice versa.
  • Notifications are sent to the carrier/driver every 30 minutes.
